Tasting note
Beautiful salmon pink, intense notes of raspberry, strawberry and red currant. A full-bodied wine with a wonderful freshness. A very fruity and juicy rosé wine.
Culinary recommendation
Aperitif, grilled fish and rich salads.
Vinification
This rosé was vinified using the saignée principle. “Saigner” means to bleed out. With fresh red wine mash, a small portion of the must is drained without pressing.
