This dominant Chasselas 2020 — La Grande Feuillée Blanc Neuchâtel AOC is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! The winemaker from the Swiss winery Domaine Grisoni is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile countryside of Neuchâtel. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This chasselas is very good to serve with cheese platters or fish.

Color: Brilliant golden yellow with iridescent gold reflections. Aromatics: Intense aromas of yellow stone fruit and citrus fruits, mineral notes and slightly woody nuances. Body: Soft start, dense palate aromas and present minerality, corpulent and subtle. Quality: Voluminous wine as an ideal accompaniment to fondue or raclette.
