Fresh, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with intense notes of citrus, grapefruit and exotic fruits. Lively and crunchy on the palate, with fine acidity, mineral accents and a clean, refreshing finish.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color, clear and transparent. On the nose, an explosion of aromas of great intensity, which initially evoke tropical aromas such as mango and pineapple, accompanied by light citrus notes. On the palate, full-bodied, fresh, balanced, with a nice minerality.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with seafood, grilled fish, sushi, goat cheese salads, asparagus dishes, light starters and Mediterranean cuisine. Also ideal as an aperitif.
