Tasting note
The pure La Fleur Pomeaux is a juicy, round, dense wine with a fruit-sweet note in an elegant finish. On the nose, you can discover dark chocolate, nougat, vanilla and mint. Very well aged with fine, elegant tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful accompaniment to all kinds of stews — whether it's lamb gigot, beef shoulder, roast pork or ossobuco.
Vinification
This wine is the second wine of Château Pomeaux and is aged in new French barriques for about 20 months.
