About the wine
A wine like a carefree Sunday: smells of pear, peach and jasmine, tastes creamy and fresh with a whiff of the sea. Ideal with seafood, mild cheese or simply for laughing with friends.

Tasting note
Light green with bright yellow reflections. Aromatically fresh on the nose with dominant notes of citrus fruits, in particular grapefruit, accompanied by white flowers. On the palate, the wine is fruity, lively and inviting.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, seafood, white meats, salads (without vinegar), pasta and rice dishes.
Vinification
The 100% Garnacha Blanca grapes were harvested by hand and macerated for 12 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation. The wine was then aged on fine lees — also in stainless steel tanks — for six months, giving it freshness, volume and elegance.
