Tasting note
Color: Brilliant yellow gold, medium density, iridescent greenish reflections. Aromatics: Intense aromas of linden blossoms and honey, floral charm, balsamic nuance of honey, dense yellow stone fruit and pure laude. Body: A beguiling, slightly sparkling start is followed by lively but fine acidity, dense palate aromas and prominent minerality. Quality: Wine with very long aromatic persistence and wonderful light-footedness.

Goes well with aperitif, light yeast pastry, freshwater fish fried in butter with fresh herbs, fondue, raclette.
