Tasting note
Elegant nose with fresh red berries, black pepper and lavender accents. On the palate with a full body and lots of tannin, which is ripe and fine-grained. The finish is juicy and with salty notes.

Vinification
Fermentation in open wood stalls with ambient ovens. The wine is then aged in 1500 liters of wood barrels for 14-16 months.
