About the wine

90% Grenache, the rest Syrah, Mourvèdre, Counoise and Vaccarèse. The vines are on average 60 years old. Delicate bouquet, dark cherries, cassis, violets, licorice, black tea, cardamom, with minerals. Good fullness on the palate, beautifully fine-meshed, pointed, very classy and with silky tannins. A wine to relax in. Decant in advance.
