Tasting note
In the glass, a sparkling ruby red with purple reflections. The wine is fruity with notes of ripe blackberry plums. Balanced and harmonious on the palate with good concentration and a juicy finish.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately by variety. The grapes are partially destemmed and crushed. Fermentation is followed by aging for 6 months in large Austrian oak barrels.
