About the wine
Winemaker Julien Fort loves to make wine that is like his land, generous and sun-kissed, whose color reflects the softness of a region unique in the world, where the nose gives off the most subtle scents of the Mediterranean.
Tasting note
Pale pink with pearlescent shimmer Very nice aromatic balance. The minerality of this wine is playfully accompanied by notes of fresh fruit. Aromas of pink grapefruit, lime blossom and wild strawberries. Schöne Fresh with a silky and fine texture. A slightly lemony aftertaste with a remarkable length.
