Tasting note
Dense ruby red with violet nuances, the bouquet is intense and fine, with fruity notes of cherries, dried fruits and spices, full-bodied, full-bodied and velvety on the palate.

Goes well with red meat, fried or grilled. Also harmonious with game and mature cheese.
Vinification
Storage in stainless steel tanks for several months, secondary fermentation on Recioto mash for 15 days, 18 months in wooden barrels, then 4 months in bottle storage.
