Vinification
The grapes come from a five-hectare vineyard on the Montosoli hill, which is 275 meters above sea level and grows on marl soil. After manual harvesting, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 24 months.
