About the wine
This white wine is a perfect accompaniment to fish dishes and white meats on the table. Its aromas are reminiscent of ripe apples and hazelnuts and impress with their smooth creaminess.

Tasting note
Straw yellow in color with aromas of white pears, hazelnuts, ripe apples and some pear. A nice creaminess with a fresh acidity rounds off the wine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, poultry, saltwater fish, soft cheese, veal
Vinification
Blend of 90% Verdejo and 10% Sauvignon blanc, harvested at night. Some of the grapes vinify in new French oak barrels (225 and 500 lt), in 1,700 l concrete eggs and small steel tanks. In it, the wine is stored on the lees for 6 months and is then blended.
