Tasting note
Light flat gold, spicy on the nose, pure claws. Complex on the palate, dense and long-lasting. A wonderful nature wine from the vineyard plots near the narrow gorge of the Herault. The region, which was reclaimed by a few committed organic winemakers as an exciting region for high-quality organic wines, is surrounded by nothing but untouched, wild nature. Jean Emmanuel Parce now comes with the very first wines of the 2019 harvest, which he vinifies in the Rectorie in Banjuls, his father's famous winery.
