Tasting note
It has a brick red color with garnet reflections. Intense and complex bouquet, scented of ripe black fruits, wild herbs and roasted aromas. After a few minutes in the glass, even more aromas develop. On the palate, it impresses with an elegant and very velvety robe, a finely woven structure and mature and sweet tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes such as venison or beef dishes such as Café de Paris entrecote, beef appetizers and pot roast. Also exciting with aged cheese.
