Tasting note
Ruby red. Elegant nose with scents of red berries, violets and roses. Full with velvety tannins on the palate. The wine was left on its own yeast for two years and then aged in large oak barrels for a very long time without any manipulations. A Gran Vin, perhaps something in line with the latest fashion trends - but excellent, rich in finesse and, despite 10 years of bottling, still a real teenager. Sulfur-free & biodynamic. >2033 (nature wine)
