About the wine
With this dominant Chardonnay 2016 — L'U Bianco dell' Umbria IGP, the term flavor takes on a new meaning. Wonderful and fertile landscapes in Umbria give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Lungarotti conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Chardonnay with goat cheese or asparagus.

Tasting note
Color: Clear, bright lemon yellow with green reflections. Aromatics: Intense aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, complemented by aromas of peach, banana, honeydew melon and pineapple. There are also floral aromas of white flowers, slight herbal nuances and a slight mineral note. Body: Dry, with lively acidity and a medium body. The fresh citrus aromas continue, accompanied by fruity exotic notes and a touch of herbs. A fine minerality gives the wine freshness and structure. The Agbang is of medium length. Quality: A balanced, fresh and aromatic white wine. An excellent representative of the combination of Chardonnay and Vermentino.

Goes well with aperitifs, pasta dishes, seafood, vegetable gratin.
