About the wine
Neuchâtel, the largest wine region of the Three Lakes, is known for its Pinot Noir and Chasselas wines, including Oeil de Perdrix. For this Neuchâtel rosé specialty, Pinot Noir grapes are mashed for one night. The result is a salmon-colored lively wine with a typical strawberry bouquet. At the Mondial du Pinot Noirs, the L'Oeil de Perdrix Sélection Tradition AOC 2024 was awarded Grand Gold!
