Tasting note
This wine has a light yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, aromas of mango and melon, including ripe lemons and light peony nuances. On the palate, full-bodied, broad start, very well balanced with a medium structure, varied, great palate aromas, aromatic finish.
Culinary recommendation
We recommend this wine with white meat, fish and crustaceans. You can also enjoy it with focaccia, cheese pastries, antipasti, spaghetti vongole and gnocchi with sage butter.
