Tasting note
100% Montepulciano from steel tanks, which impresses with its present, dark fruit and freshness. Dense ruby red with purple reflections. The bouquet contains red and black fruits such as raspberries and blackberries. On the palate, the wine is supple and consistent, with fruity length and soft tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with various pasta dishes, antipasti and vegetarian recipes.
Vinification
The wine is fermented on the mash at a controlled temperature for 10 days and then aged in steel tanks.
