Tasting note
Bright yellow Fresh bouquet of grapefruit, mirabelles and white flowers, acacia, elderberry. Mineral on the palate, pleasantly fresh, with gentle acidity. This wine is more reminiscent of the Loire style than a Mediterranean wine. A wonderfully honest wine that goes well with cheese, seafood and summer dishes.
