Tasting note
The first production of this Blanc de Blanc, exclusively from 2022 grapes from locations in Cuisles and Jonquery. Wonderfully clear nose with aromas of juicy apricots, fresh pineapple, lemon cream and mandarin oil, framed with notes of white flowers, a touch of lemon balm and a delicate mineral touch. Inviting on the palate, with juicy, fresh fruit, beautiful texture and lively texture.
Culinary recommendation
A tasty aperitif champagne, which is also a wonderful accompaniment to scallop carpaccio with mandarin oil vinaigrette or white asparagus with orange hollandaise and other fine dishes.
