Tasting note
Dense, dark garnet red with brick-red reflections. Rich, complex: black fruits, truffles, coriander, with a hint of well-integrated pepper aromas. Full-bodied, harmonious, very elegant tannins, wonderfully balanced precious wood notes. Spicy, of a nice length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes, strong and aromatic cheeses.
