About the wine
In 1996, the old winery was woken out of deep sleep by three illustrious gentlemen: Francisco Marti, the owner, Álvaro Palacios, an internationally renowned oenologist, and Quim Vila, an important Spanish wine merchant. In just a few years, they have made Ca N'Estruc one of the most renowned addresses for reputable, enjoyable and affordable wines, which entertain even discerning wine drinkers and earn high marks from critics.

Tasting note
Independent, mysterious nobility. The dark charm immediately captivates. Discreet sweetness, leather and licorice. Soft, dark and deep on the palate. A mysterious, dark, lonely but warm creature. A wine for late hours.

Vinification
Pure fermentation, separated after ripening of the grapes and age of the vines, in small, temperature-controlled steel tanks. The final blend matures in new French barriques for 12 months.
