About the wine
In 1996, the old winery was pulled out of deep sleep by three illustrious gentlemen: Francisco Marti, the owner, Álvaro Palacios, an internationally renowned oenologist, and Quim Vila, an important Spanish wine merchant. Within just a few years, they have made Ca Nestruc one of the most renowned addresses for reputable, joyful and affordable wines, which will entertain even the most discerning wine drinker and score highly among critics.

Tasting note
Mature, feminine elegance with a wicked side. Light bouquet with wide expanse, tropical fruits and apricots, then also reveals provocative, slightly oxidative notes. Very soft and wide on the palate. Seductive balance, soft fullness, plays, gradually shows a wicked character, toast, yeast, almonds. Very tempting.
Vinification
Assemblage is fermented in French barriques, aged and stored for 6 months.
