About the wine
In 1996, the old winery was woken from deep sleep by three illustrious gentlemen: Francisco Marti, the owner, Álvaro Palacios, an internationally acclaimed oenologist, and Quim Vila, an important Spanish wine merchant. Within a few years, they have made Ca Nestruc one of the most renowned addresses for serious, joyful and affordable wines, which also entertain the discerning wine drinker in the best possible way and make critics score highly.

Tasting note
Mature, feminine elegance with a wicked side. Bright bouquet with large width, tropical fruits and apricots, then also shows provocative, slightly oxidative notes. Very soft and wide on the palate. Seductive balance, gentle fullness, plays, gradually shows a wicked character, toast, yeast, almonds. It's very seductive.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at slightly chilled 10°-11°C.
Vinification
Blend is fermented in French barriques, aged and stored for 6 months.
