About the wine
The cuvée “L'Émergente” (= “The Emerging Ones”) is new to the portfolio of the extremely likeable winemaker Régis Poissinet. This champagne is made from base wines from several vintages and wonderfully expresses the characterful, somewhat playful signature of Régis champagne.

Tasting note
An independent, almost delicately fruity bouquet of ripe pears and orange zest, plus cherries, wild herbs and toast, really makes you want more! Great freshness on the palate, yet again surprisingly fruity with aromas of pears, lime, apricots and exquisite brioche and toast aromas. Thanks to the fine perlage, it has a beautiful elegance and thus sticks for a long time until the mineral finish. On the finish, with a nice balance of tart freshness and juiciness. A characterful champagne and a perfect introduction to the world of Régis Poissinet.
