Tasting note
The special aging process gives this wine a particularly sweet aroma. L'Ecru shows notes of spices as well as aromas of orange honey, dates and candied fruit. On the palate, it is very elegant and refreshing with a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fine cheese, almond desserts, dried fruits or creamy desserts such as creme brulee.
Vinification
One half of the grapes dry on grids and the other on the vine. Gentle pressing and controlled fermentation.
