This biting red wine 2018 — L'Atto Aglianico Basilicata IGT 37.5cl is a hit right down to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Cantine del Notaio masters this red wine in the blooming and fertile countryside in Basilicata. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Aglianico with leek vegetables or fried potatoes.

Tasting note
Dense ruby red The inviting bouquet is fruit-intensive, the notes of red berries are accompanied by a delicately spicy component. Rich and intense on the palate with clear fruit. Acid and tannin are ideally integrated and contribute to freshness and “drinkability”.

Vinification
Mash fermentation takes place at 25°C and takes 5-6 days. The wine is then aged in used French tonneaux for a year.
