Tasting note
Purple red with black reflections. mint, black fruit and cherry jam. Very direct and straightforward at the start, smooth structure, full-bodied and long-lasting on the palate, the tannins are of excellent quality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcuterie, country house terrine, meatballs, vegetable gratins, charbonade, fondue chinoise, couscous royal, rump steak with morel sauce, stuffed turkey, rabbit with mustard sauce.
