About the wine
After 12 months of oak aging, the result was a spicy wine with a haunting bouquet, slightly sweet fruit on the palate, aromas of chocolate and cranberries. Opulent top wine that is ideal for a banquet. An angel wine “par excellence.”
Tasting note
The fruity aromas of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of finesse with a very unique structure. Next, the spicy nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper reveal their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which develops its individual structure balanced with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with mushroom dishes, roast beef, lamb, cheese.
