Tasting note
A wine with a strong and rich character. In the glass, it is straw yellow with greenish reflections. With a delicate bouquet, with fine notes of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is decisive and authentic, soft, structured and elegant.
Vinification
Briefly mash the skins on the must, then fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is stored in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C until bottling.
