The Krug Grande Cuvée rests in the cellars for more than six years to gain more elegance and finesse. After disgorgement, it is stored for another year to achieve perfect harmony.

Tasting note
It takes more than 20 years for each bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée to be ready. Reserve wines are used, which are stored for up to 15 years before being blended. They then mature for another 7-8 years in the Krug cellars. The Krug Grande Cuvée is the ultimate champagne experience.
Vinification
The Krug Grande Cuvée consists of at least 120 different wines from at least 10 years. Each year, they are selected from a range of a total of 400 individual wines (250 from the current harvest, 150 from the repertoire of reserve wines).
