The winemaker from the German Weingut Dautel greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside in Württemberg. Tasting note
Dense, powerful aromas of blueberries, cassis, black cherries and dark pepper. Intense taste of dark fruits, dark chocolate, mocha and pepper. A clearly structured wine, with an elegantly integrated acidity and a finely meshed tannin structure.

Vinification
Manual reading several times. Long mash fermentation in traditional wood cows, spontaneous fermentation, natural, biological acid degradation, aging in new and used small oak barrels for approx. 12 months, subsequent aging in large wooden barrels.
