Tasting note
Light yellow with greenish nuances. Flavours of blossoms, apples, peaches and compote. On the palate, the Kerner is pleasant and aromatic but also lively and racy. Rich, fruity body with well-incorporated acidity. Long-lasting, aroma-intensive aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with freshwater fish, the finest white meat dishes and risotto.
Vinification
Kerner grapes are carefully pressed after harvesting and fermented in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks. The young wine is also aged in stainless steel tanks
