Tasting note
The typical white wine grape from the Eisak Valley is a cross between Riesling and Vernatsch (Trollinger). Completely dismantled in steel tanks. The nose features aromas of apricots, yellow cherries, pears and white currants, plus floral-spicy notes of ivy, green pepper, ice cream candy and a typical nutmeg touch. On the palate with a beautiful texture, great freshness and juicy fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful as an aperitif, with a spicy quiche or some South Tyrolean bacon. Also great with asparagus dishes, for example in combination with mushrooms or fish.
