The winemaker from the Italian winery Fattoria Kappa masteres this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the blooming and fertile landscape of Tuscany. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Cabernet Sauvignon can be served very well with pizza with mushrooms or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
An almost unknown highlight of Tuscan art, which has all the character traits associated with a large plant: The Kappa is complex and perfectly balanced. It is a pleasure to experience the complex, intense bouquet on the nose. Strong aromas of ripe berries, spices, cherries and plum compote accompanied by a touch of coffee and vanilla, but also of leather and coffee. It is fun to keep the wine on the palate, where the fruity structure meets the powerful yet ripe tannins.

Goes well with polenta, pizza, venison stews, lamb steak and beef burgers.
Vinification
Aged for 18 months in large wooden barrels (French oak), then in concrete tanks for a further 6 months
