About the wine
The Kanzlerberg is one of the smallest Grand Crus in Alsace and is interspersed with barite and fluorite gemstones. With age, the wine shows its mineral side and reveals its full potential.

Tasting note
Straw yellow color. Intense nose of white flowers and grapefruit with a spicy honey note. This dry Grand Cru is well-structured, at the same time straight and full-bodied with fresh acidity and an elegance like the gemstones in the soil on which the vines stand.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with fine fish dishes, crustaceans, scallops or veal fillet. Also excellent with Asian cuisine with fine aromas or aged hard cheese.
