About the wine
This red cuvée was created at the request of gastronomy. A strong, round wine made from Zurich grape varieties. Everyone decides for themselves whether they suit their own taste — in any case, they are proud of this new “baby.”

Tasting note
Ruby red with slightly purple inclusions. Aromas of black fruits, blackberries, blueberries and some cherry. Rich and full-bodied on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a barbecue party or how should it be otherwise, with Zürcher Geschnetzeltes.
