Tasting note

Goes well with BBQ, lamb, game, beef.
Vinification
The grapes come from a very special vineyard, which was planted with cuttings from the Old Bastard and Old Vines vineyards. The grapes were harvested by hand in mid-March and then spent 7 days on the skins until fermentation. The wine was pumped around twice a day before being pressed into the tank and allowed to rest for a day or two. The Shiraz was then filled into barrels, with 25% in new French oak barrels and the rest in aged 3 and 4-year-old barriques.
