Tasting note
When looking at this wine, you immediately notice its deep dark ruby red color, which is permeated by a tempting purple shimmer. The bouquet of this wine is characterized by elegance. Intense aromas of blackberries, raspberries and strawberries unfold in a seductive blend. These fruity notes are accompanied by a soft oak wood note, which is perfectly integrated into the overall picture. Initial contact with this wine reveals a full, yet elegant and delicate taste. The youthfulness of the wine is reflected in its liveliness on the palate, accompanied by strong tannins, which are replaced by the aroma of dark berries as soon as they fill the mouth.

Vinification
Fermentation lasted 7 to 8 days. During this time, the wine was pumped around 2 to 3 times a day to extract the color from the skins and to keep the pomace hat moist to maintain freshness. After being gently pressed, the wine rested for 2 to 3 days and was then transferred to French wood for about 18 months.
