Tasting note

Vinification
Kàdos is made from Grillo grapes from Tenuta di Risignolo, which are harvested early in the morning and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in steel tanks to preserve the aromatic purity of the grape variety. The wine then matures on fine yeast, which gives it structure, depth and a fine creaminess.
