About the wine
The grapes come from old and young vineyards around and in Alsheim. Deep loess and limestone marl characterize the respective soils.

Tasting note
A Riesling smelling of peach and fresh lime. It presents a great freshness on the palate. Moderate in alcohol. A precise sweetness and acidity gives it a wonderful balance of fruit and juiciness.

Wonderful with fish, poultry & white meat... and best of all during leisure time!
Vinification
Selective harvesting is done by hand after maturity. For optimal extraction of the aromatic substances, the grapes are gently ground in the wine well and left to stand in their own juice for a few hours. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place with the vineyard's own yeasts in stainless steel tanks and, after a longer period of storage on the entire yeast, is bottled in spring.
