About the wine
Dutchman Derrick Neleman has been growing organically sustainable wine near Valencia since 2013. His labels initially attracted a lot of attention. It's worth watching — and of course trying. Marselan grape variety — a rarity!
Tasting note
Fruity, sustainable — simply good: Strong aromas of blackberry, dried plum and clove make the nose and palate happy. The mouth has a nice freshness and elegant tannins, plus a soft, full-bodied and harmonious structure and a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: Enjoy this organic red wine at a slightly chilled 14°-16°C.
