About the wine
The tradition of sake - a veteran of time writing, over 1000 years old! Beer and sake are basically produced using the same principles. But the basic ingredients are different, here it is not hops and malt, but rice, water and koji (yeast) that are mashed. Heavensake selects its sake and only has it created by the most renowned and oldest breweries. Junmai is the word - Junmai is the philosophy!

Tasting note
Very soft, airy, as delicate as the layers in a freshly baked croissant. The scent of yeast bread, but also almond and honey. On the tongue again this delicious pastry, with salted caramel, kumquat and a touch of cocoa, but not sweet, just the essence, just a delicate touch.
