Juan Gil Rosé is a fresh and juicy wine with bright red berry flavors from Syrah and Petit Verdot grapes. It's an easygoing, organic rosé perfect for relaxed afternoons or casual get-togethers.

Tasting note
The nose shows notes of sour red plums, cherries and cranberries. The well-integrated oak wood gives it notes of nuts, toast and ripe, creamy fruits such as apricots and peaches, as well as a spicy finish with orange peel. Powerful style but still not overweight and is very balanced. Closes with a medium-long finish with nice acidity and mineral notes. The latest hit from Bodega Juan Gil!
Vinification
The grapes for this rosè come from Juan Gil's own selected vineyards. These are fermented in 16 hectoliter egg-shaped concrete tanks below 17°C to obtain the beautiful color. Then aging in French oak barrels for 4 months.
