Wonderful landscapes in Levante give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Juan Gil conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. With the delicious Juan Gil Blanco, which was produced in 2018, you will definitely have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. On the nose, tempting aromas of stone fruit, tropical fruits, fresh melons and kiwi. Wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate, excellent acidity with a long finish. This results in perfect harmony between the primary fruit and the acidity. The true summer wine from Jumilla and perfect with spicy Asian dishes and poultry!

Vinification
This wine is a variety of Moscatel de Grano Menudo grown in our own vineyards 700-800 m above sea level. On sandy and calcareous soil with lots of sunlight, perfect maturation is ideal. Fermentation takes place within 25 days in stainless steel containers at a maximum temperature of 15°C. This Moscatel is dried and is not sweet.
