Tasting note
Intense sour cherry bread. Tasty and expressive. A good start with volume. Dominant fruit of ripe sour cherries, plums and some smoke. On the palate, this Monastrell is full-bodied and extremely soft. Good acidity, ripe and pleasant tannin. Medium-long finish. A great everyday wine of perfect quality and at an unbeatable price!

Vines that are around 40 years old. hand harvest. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks. Aging in American and French barriques for four months. Free from animal products - vegan and certified organic.
