Tasting note
Rich ruby red with black reflections. Aromas of spicy red fruits, heather herbs and flower blossoms. The palate is youthful, full-bodied with very well-integrated tannins. The spontaneously fermented organic wine is already the first to show the characters of the terroir, which is almost untouched to this day. >2030+
