Tasting note
The first naturally sweet white wine from Bodegas José Pariente. Pale yellow in the glass with greenish reflections. On the nose, typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas such as grapefruit, Granny Smith and gooseberry. On the palate, the delicious fruit sweetness explodes first, supported by delicate acidity and a medium-long finish.

Vinification
Cold maceration helps to preserve primary aromas. After fermentation, the yeasts work for 6 months with the aim of maintaining fullness and complexity.
